ONLINE WINE LOG End User Licence Agreement

The use of Online Wine Log (hereinafter refered to as 'software') is contingent on your agreement to the following terms. Should you accept the terms of this agreement, the author grants you the personal and non-exclusive right to use the software. If you do not accept the terms of this agreement, the author does not grant you the right to use the software.

  1. The software is provided free for personal (not-for-profit) use, subject to possible restrictions. The author may impose and/or modify restrictions regarding the free use of the software. Use of the software beyond the free use restrictions or for commercial (for-profit) use require payment of a subscription fee.
  2. The author shall retain title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights to the software. The software is protected by copyright law.
  3. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. You may not modify or create derivative works based upon the software in whole or in part.
  4. The author is not obligated to provide maintenance, updates, or support for the software. However, any maintenance, updates, or support provided by the author shall be covered by this agreement.
  5. The author is not responsible for any loss of data arising from the failure of any hardware or software associated with the software.
DISCLAIMER

The software is provided "AS IS". You agree that by accepting this license, you are expressly acknowledging that the use of the software is at your own risk. The author makes no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the software and any accompanying documentation. In no event shall the author be liable for any damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
