If you use Amphora with a cloud-hosted database, we also store the production, inventory, and vineyard data you enter into the software.

Payment Processing

Purchases are processed by FastSpring, our third-party payment processor. FastSpring collects and handles your payment card details on our behalf; fermsoft does not directly store your full payment card information. Your purchase is also subject to FastSpring's own privacy policy.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide and support Amphora, process trial requests and purchases, respond to support inquiries, and send important updates about your subscription. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your Data in Amphora

If you choose a local database, your production data is stored on your own computer and is not transmitted to fermsoft. If you choose a cloud database, your data is stored on servers we maintain for the purpose of making it available to you, and is not shared with other customers or used for any purpose beyond providing the service.
