Refund Policy

Free Trial

Amphora is available as a free trial before you subscribe. We encourage you to use the trial period to confirm the software fits your operation before purchasing a subscription.

Monthly Subscriptions

Amphora is billed monthly through FastSpring, our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, for example, billed after canceling, or charged twice for the same period, contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund if a billing error occurred.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription or request a refund review, email support@fermsoft.com with your account details. We aim to respond to all requests within a few business days.
