Use of the Software

Amphora is licensed to you on a subscription basis for use in managing your own winery, brewery, meadery, or cidery operations. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software without our written permission.

Accounts and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You retain ownership of the production and business data you enter into Amphora, whether stored locally or in the cloud.

Subscriptions and Payment

Amphora is billed on a monthly basis through FastSpring, our third-party payment processor, and subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Your payment information is collected and processed by FastSpring, subject to their terms and privacy policy. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and billing questions.

Availability

We aim to keep Amphora and any cloud-hosted services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

fermsoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or software, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
